History:

Sarv-e Bikhazan Milk Industries Company was established on 23/11/1980 as a limited liability company, namely EverGreen Company, and registered with the Office to Register and Companies and Industrial Ownership of Tehran under No. 38318. On 22/03/1997 and as per the notice No. 32/25742 given in the official gazette No. 15395, the company name was changed from Ever Green to Sarv-e Bikhazan and the type to a private joint-stock company. The company head office is located in Tehran, while the factory is located in Nazar Abad, Karaj.

Most Important Activities:

According to article 2 of the Articles of Association, the most important activities of the company include production of pasteurized milk and all of its products, perform all the commercial issues including but not limited to import/ export, obtain local and foreign agencies, partnership with other distribution institutes and establish commercial and manufacturing units. According to the operation license No. 35801 dated 03/12/2005 issued by the ministry of industries and operating the factory was launched on the same date with a capacity of 25,300 tons of milk and 1,700 tons chocolate milk, 2,600 tons yoghourt, 700 tons cream, 5,760 tons yoghourt drink, and 200 tons kashk.
